Riyadh – Mubasher: Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (WAMID), a subsidiary of Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company, fully acquired Direct Financial Network Company (DirectFN Limited) on 2 February 2025

WAMID completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in DirectFN Limited’s share capital at a value of SAR 220.50 million, according to a bourse filing.

In this regard, the subsidiary’s shareholding in DirectFN Limited increased from 51% to 100%.

During the nine-month period that ended on 30 September 2024, Saudi Tadawul Group posted 69.52% higher net profits after Zakat at SAR 505.70 million, versus SAR 298.30 million a year earlier.
